First, we complete a 50-point Leadership Evaluation that measures how you lead yourself, your team, and your mission. Leadership always comes first—because your business will only grow as much as you grow as a leader.

Next, we conduct a 25-point Operational Evaluation to assess how your business is actually running day to day. This looks at the structure, systems, communication, accountability, and execution inside your operation.

Together, these two evaluations help identify the biggest opportunities for improvement across both leadership and operations.

From there, we build a custom growth plan focused on the areas that will move the needle the most.

What a Typical Coaching Session Looks Like

Each session follows a simple rhythm designed to keep you moving forward with clarity and accountability.

1. Review the Scoreboard
We start by reviewing progress since the last session—wins, challenges, and key metrics.

2. Follow Up on Commitments
Leadership requires discipline. We review the commitments made during the previous session and ensure progress is happening.
